　　DUTIES:

　　Cook meals following therapeutic menus.

　　Food prep.

　　Must have knowledge of sanitation/safe food handling practices.

　　Maintaining a clean work environment.

　　Flexibility with schedule and ability to work every other weekend.

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　High School Diploma. Serve safe certification or willingness to attend a certification class. Cooking experience in long term care preferred.
