　　MIS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Team Manager to join our QA department.

　　As the Quality Assurance Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our organization.

　　Reporting to the QA Director, the QA team manager will lead the QA team members responsible for the following core QMS processes: :

　　CAPA Management, Complaints Handling, Supplier Quality Management, Internal Auditing System, Statistical Techniques Implementation, Control of Documents & validation activities.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Lead a High-Performing Team:

　　Lead a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.

　　Provide guidance, coaching, and training to ensure the team's success.

　　Recruit and maintain a high-performing team dedicated to quality excellence.

　　Drive Quality Projects:

　　Lead and drive quality projects to establish and sustain a robust culture of quality.

　　Own and drive deliverables related to quality systems, product quality, and compliance.

　　Collaborate Across Functions:

　　Partner closely with various personnel on the site to drive continuous improvement.

　　Provide cross-functional solutions following identified NC to comply with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.

　　Work with key partners to provide quality-oriented solutions.

　　Monitor Compliance:

　　Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

　　Assure that appropriate resources are maintained to uphold compliance and adherence to the Quality Policy.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

　　Experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on medical device

　　Proven experience managing a high-performing team.

　　Strong knowledge of QMS regulatory requirements and quality standards such as: ISO13485, 21CFR820, MDR, MDSAP requirements etc.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Strong analytical skills

　　Excellent English-language skills in both writing and speaking.
