JOB REQUIREMENTS: QA Lab Technician (2nd Shift) 6701 Good Hope Rd,Milwaukee, WI 53223, USA Req #589 Wednesday, January 25, 2023 We arelooking for an experienced Quality Assurance Technician to join ourManufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for thecompletion of testing and inspection, dimensional analysis, and otherquality assurance processes. The Quality Assurance Technician will beresponsible for the following tasks: Hang 1st piece acceptance, performin-process inspection on manufactured product, operate needle and hottub conditioning units, set up and perform tensile tests, use scale andvacuum oven to determine moisture content, perform moisture checks onraw material using Moisture Content Vapor Pro Tester, verify MaterialCertification and Approve raw material, enter and edit SPC data in theSPC computer file, file all QA records and samples (obsolete andcurrent), use incoming color chip samples to verify colorant inreceiving, handle non-conforming material isolation and documentation,perform a dimensional layout referencing the HellermannTyton drawing,use SPC software, record all inspection and test data, weigh parts,perform process inspection checks and final inspections, use controlplans, PPAP and PPC testing. The ideal candidate should have a highschool diploma or equivalent, and preferably 1-year prior labexperience. The Quality Assurance Technician should have excellentattention to detail, be organized, and have the ability to workindependently. They should also have excellent communication andproblem-solving skills.
