Job Description Director, Global ETO Planning andProcurement Oversees global planning of ETO lines along with global ETOprocurement for the company. Includes activities related to theend-to-end information and material flow from customer demand planningto shop floor scheduling to supplier long term planning. This positionwill complete a range of duties including: Establish and maintain thestrategy and vision for ETO planning and ETO procurement that isresponsive, agile, and efficient based upon environment and keyperformance indicators Ensure balance between service and inventorywhile meeting business objectives of growth within the ETO product linesEffectively analyze the probability and impact of risks affectingsupply, transformation, delivery, and customer demand across the ETOvalue chains; develop strategies with key stakeholders that minimizefinancial impact identified Balance supply and demand; effectivelycollaborate and communicate with ETO value chain team members; integrateactivities across functions by ensuring information visibility andaligned cadence; mitigate the bullwhip effect Provide a means togenerate transformational change in performance and capabilities of theteam and ETO value chains as a whole; initiate process improvements thatare enabled and supported by technology Direct and control theactivities of multiple functional areas through managers who haveoverall responsibility of the successful operations of those assignedareas Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience isrequired. Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years ofprofessional work experience in strategic planning, org design, andglobal supply chain planning. Broad global management experience.
