Data Review and Entry: Accurately reviewing and entering data related to purchase orders, invoices, inventory levels, and supplier information into the company's procurement systems. Attention to detail is crucial to maintaining accurate records.
Vendor Communication: Assisting in communication with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to obtain quotes, confirm orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues related to purchases.
Supporting Purchasing Team: Providing support to the purchasing team in various administrative tasks, including filing documents, organizing records, and generating reports as well as being willing to take on other duties and assignments within the scope of your knowledge and experience.
Budget Tracking: Assisting in monitoring and tracking departmental budgets.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to take additional training or education, which specific states may require.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable while handle multiple priorities.
Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
Competent in organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Very good organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with vendors and internal teams effectively.
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with procurement software or systems is advantageous.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Must be reliable and committed to attending the office every day during scheduled work hours.
