"Our life-sciences agency client is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team fulltime. This will be an onsite role in Manhattan at a great location on 5th Ave near Union Square.The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's objectives, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and CRM marketing. Responsible also include monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients that highlight key performance metrics and recommend adjustments for improvement.Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze key digital metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.- Execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive qualified leads.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency.Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements:-3+ years experience, prior experience must include digital and social marketing and multi-channel integrated strategies with proven examples (native and adapted)- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.- B2B experience a plus- Proficiency in digital analytics tools and platforms.- Must be able to jump right into an a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple priorities autonomouslyBasic hours of work are five days per week (Mon-Fri), 9am 6.30pm, with 1 hour lunch.
