This position coordinates mail, shipping and receiving, purchasing; oversees and reviews requests for expense reimbursements related to professional development, and supervises up to 10 student employees. Additional responsibilities include process improvement, oversight of supply stock, managing the Library's Amazon purchasing account, as well as FedEx/UPS/USPS accounts. This position works with staff on special order requests and researches best vendor/cost options. The coordinator reviews professional development expense reimbursements and updates reporting to ensure compliance with budgetary restrictions. The coordinator provides general support to the Libraries' Business Office Manager.
