　　We are seeking an experienced, detail oriented and proactive Purchasing Agent. As a Purchasing Agent you will play a crucial role in managing procurement, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions. 　　Responsibilities

　　Overall responsibility for purchase order execution, including problem resolution, expediting and

　　delivery management

　　Monitor purchases for on-time delivery and quality, resolve purchase details (receiving, packing slip,

　　discrepant material, and invoicing errors)

　　Coordinate and participate in communications between vendors and internal stakeholders on the status

　　of purchase orders as necessary to resolve procurement issues, both technical and systematic.

　　Assist Supply Chain Manager to address Vendor KPI related issues.

　　Initiate new vendor requests and set-up in SAP and other systems.

　　Conduct all business transactions consistent with local procurement policies, procedures & amp; guidelines, legal requirements, regulations & standards and appropriate ethical standards.

　　Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Projects, Services, and Proposals to ensure accurate

　　understanding of customer requirements and expectations.

　　Ability to generate reports in assistance to entire Supply Chain department

　　Assist Supply Chain Manager and other team members with various functions related to operational

　　excellence and processes.

　　The essential functions of this role include:
