About the Role:
This position is for an experienced provisioner who will lead a team in developing provisioning data including Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), parts screening, and provisioned part lists. The role also involves being the technical interface for provisioning issues with both external and internal customers across various programs.
Responsibilities:
Review Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) data staging area files against Technical Data Packages (TDP).Verify database accuracy with current configuration delivered, analyzing technical data.Review Provisioning LSA-036 submissions before delivery to the Government.Ensure Provisioning data elements comply with LMP standards.Analyze reports and work with Government and GDLS to resolve data discrepancies.Review drawings, Change Requests (CR), Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), computer models, and other technical documentation for provisioning requirements.Develop, maintain, and update the Logistic Support Analysis Record (LSAR) in line with GEIA-STD-0007 and MIL-STD-1388-2B, using SLICwave.Assess design changes for compliance with requirements, suggesting design alternatives for improved supportability and maintainability.Document provisioning data in the LSAR database.Translate technical information into source data for Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) product development.Assist ILS product developers in utilizing provided source data.Support logistic demonstrations and validate/verify ILS products as needed.Participate in field test activities, documenting incidents and providing close-out reports.Respond to customer and internal inquiries, providing necessary reports and materials.Coordinate with Government and vendors on user-level functional concerns.* *
Qualifications:
Minimum 7-10 years' experience with LSA-36 reports in MIL-STD 1388-2B or GEIA-0007 format.Proficiency with government LSAR specifications MIL-STD-1388-2B and GEIA-0007.Experienced in Logistics Control Numbers (LCNs), PLISNs, SMR codes, PCCNs, UOCs.Skilled in relational table databases like SlicWave, Powerlog-J, and IETM viewers such as EMS2, EMS NG, IADS.Knowledgeable in automotive or military maintenance/service tasks related to provisioning.Excellent customer rapport and collaborative skills.Ability to meet departmental quality standards.Proficiency in self-editing information, interpreting mechanical drawings, and using Adobe Professional and Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).Ability to interpret illustrated parts breakdown figures for military vehicle maintenance and repair.Knowledge in applying provisioning codes to part applications.Experience working with logistics engineers and TM personnel to support logistics deliverables (TM's, IETM's, LSA-36 data).Ability to coordinate with Quality Assurance, Validation/Verification and Government bodies to resolve technical issues.Skilled in report and presentation preparation from various data sources.Working knowledge and logistics experience with systems, subsystems, and components of heavy/medium mobile systems.Familiarity with U.S. Army logistics support structures, policies, and procedures.Understanding of the ECP/CR/ERR process.
