　　The Proposal writer will collaborate with engineering teams to brainstorm, review proposal requirements released on SPIR for government needs, create a narrative, define how Dynovas can provide value, expected results, then sell the solution in a well written and descriptive proposal along with Creo designed images to illustrate the writings.
