Description Lutheran Social Services of WI &Upper MI is currently seeking a Service Coordinator for the Mason Manor,a Green Bay Housing Authority Site. The service coordinator program isdesigned to promote and support self-sufficiency and independence ofthose individuals residing in properties, facilitating a variety ofsupport services within the residential community. Our ServiceCoordinators connect residents with resources in the community, providemonthly presentations on issues in the community, and connect residentswith recreational programming, This is a full-time, benefit eligible, 40hour per week role. Under the direction of the Program Supervisor, theService Coordinator HUD provides information and referrals to communityconnections to tenants following guidelines, as defined in the HUDHousing Handbook Section 202, who need supportive community services tomaintain self-sufficiency.
