Job Description: Navarro Research and Engineering is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Administration Intern to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the development and submission of proposals for government contracts. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience and excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in federal contracting and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Proposal Group Administration: Assist the proposal department with organization, tracking requests for proposals, organize request for proposal books.
Proposal Coordination: Assist in the coordination of proposal development activities, ensuring that all elements are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Documentation Management: Organize and maintain proposal documentation, including technical content, compliance matrices, and supporting materials.
Compliance Review: Conduct thorough reviews of proposals to ensure compliance with government regulations and client requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, project managers, and business development professionals, to gather information and contribute to proposal content.
Editing and Formatting: Edit and format proposal documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and professionalism.
Research: Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to enhance proposal content and competitiveness.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
