The Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is seeking a Property Specialist to be responsible for assisting with the management of all corporate- and customer-owned property, materials, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with executing the transfer, management, acceptance, and disposition of property.
Use system tools to manage and communicate property information and establish/maintain property records.
Assist with maintaining long term storage area following established procedures for identifying, documenting, storing, and maintaining property items.
Receive, deliver, transport, pick up, dispose, and store property.
Use property control technology and perform physical inventory of materials and equipment.
Participate in the scheduling and planning of inventory and reconciliation projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in property management, stock control, stock inventory, or supply techniques.
Must be self-motivated, possess good organizational skills, ability to pay attention to detail, and have good professional interaction skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Be able to follow verbal or written instructions.
Well-developed computer skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and web browsers.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work effectively to meet changing business needs.
Ability to safely lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Able to obtain forklift certification.
Possess a valid driver’s license.
Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
Preferred Qualifications:
Possess a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or be able to demonstrate experience pulling trailers.
Possess a working knowledge of warehouse/storage management.
Possess an understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations, Industry Leading Practices, techniques and standards as they pertain to Property Management.
