　　GCyber is currently hiring a Jr Business Development and Proposal Strategist to be a critical driver of our U.S. Government business growth. This position will report to the Director of Growth Operations and collaborate with our growing Business Development and technical execution stakeholders.  Your efforts will help expand GCyber’s footprint in the Department of Defense (DoD) by supporting customer acquisition strategies and assisting in developing compelling proposals to win contracts.

　　The successful candidate will contribute to the overall responsibility for Business Development strategy, Capture Planning, and Proposal Development for various opportunities within the DoD. This position was specifically tailored to attract and grow the next generation of GCyber Business Development and Capture Planning leadership.

　　As a Jr Business Development and Proposal Strategist, you will:

　　Work with business intelligence tools to conduct market research to identify opportunities and qualify prospects through preset criteria

　　Work with the business development team to catalog opportunities and efforts throughout the capture phases and maintain ongoing databases of business development efforts

　　Shape strategy for winning business on priority accounts; and iterate on written products for internal leadership, industry partners, Federal Government, and other audiences

　　Collaborate with internal teams to match our solutions against customer needs and refine content

　　Coordinate with internal Business Development and on-site technical resources to curate and organize existing written products

　　Serve as the primary support and assist in project management activities for Market Survey, Request for Information (RFI), and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses

　　Leverage deep expertise in GCyber’s services capabilities to describe how GCyber can support the critical mission needs of existing and potential Defense customers

　　What We Value:

　　Prior experience supporting the Federal Government as a Federal employee, Government Contractor, or Military service

　　2+ years of experience in a role requiring writing and project management

　　Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize within a multi-tasking environment

　　Ability to translate technical concepts and differentiators through concise and compelling written communication

　　Ability to quickly understand technical concepts, proactively learn with minimal instruction and think creatively

　　This position is a hybrid telework role, with 3 days onsite in Arlington, VA.
