Description Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Property Accountant. The Property Accountant should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and property-specific systems, as well as experience in accounting and property management. Your responsibilities
Support reconciliation, depreciation and fixed-asset ledger
Help with the implementation of internal controls, as well as maintenance and adherence
Maintain payment schedules, including capital lease
Work up intricate account reconciliations and journal entries
Prepare monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses for management reporting
Analyze and coordinating a variety of financial data and reporting it in a clear, useful manner
Assemble monthly, quarterly and year end financial statements/reporting packages Requirements - Multi-Location or Multi-Entity Accounting preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable skills in Microsoft Office with excellent Excel skills
Knowledge of industry specific accounting software
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required
Experience in accounting, real estate accounting, or property accounting preferred
