Temporary, full time position from04/01/2024 through 11/22/2024, 7:00am-4:00pm, 40 hrs/week,overtime varies, Monday-Friday, some Saturdays may be required, schedulevaries, start/end times vary. Workers will be paid Weekly at$20.25-$22.00/hr, $30.38-$33.00/hr OT, Raises/Bonuses atemployers discretion, opportunity for higher pay depending on experience andperformance. Erosion Control, reclamation, and landscape services,including digging with a shovel to plant shrubs, raking, planting,seeding, fertilizing, mulching, installation of siltfence, erosioncontrol logs and blanket, sod and sprinkler systems, using hand or powertools or equipment. Drug testing during employment for cause; Post-AccidentDrug Testing. All drug testing is performed without regard to an employee'scitizenship or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by thecompany. Able to lift 60lbs. No experience required, will train. Employermay make payroll deductions at employee's request. Employer facilitatesvoluntary housing arrangements. A single workweek will be used to computewages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will bemade. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies andequipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent ofthe work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for initialtransportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to theplace of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are notreasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of thework contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer willprovide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation andsubsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed towork, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employmentwith another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursementwill be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for thedistances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. H2Bworkers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visaprocessing, border crossing, & other related fees, including thosemandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
