Job Description

　　Experience in ticket handling and strong communication and organizational skills. Expert in troubleshooting skills. They do not need someone with a CCCIE, Engineer or Arch level.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Active CCNP

　　5+ years working in Network Operations

　　Cisco-Wireless, routing and switching, Wifi, firewall

　　Automation -- scripting -- cisco tcl and python (would like to see some examples during interview)

　　Need to be really good at Documentation

　　DNS -- we use InfoBlox

　　F5 load balancers

　　Management of NTP null
