Overview

　　GovCIO is currently hiring for a Project Support Specialist to be an organized, multi-tasker who likes to use various tools and have their work make an impact. This position will be located in Fairfax, Virginia and will be a fully remote position.

　　Responsibilities

　　Provide support to include coordination, complex analyses, and executive level reporting.

　　Generate, control, distribute, and maintain various documents, processes, and artifacts in accordance with OCTO directives.

　　Track all information reported to internal and external organizations.

　　Provide records management support for all Acquisitions-related reports and responses.

　　Support special assignments as needed.

　　Manage, track, and communicate task status using Microsoft Planner and other OCTO tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams.

　　Manage, track, prioritize, and track to completion numerous, concurrent pre contract award and post contract award actions.

　　Assist leadership with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, calendar and meeting management, note-taking, and documentation development and management.

　　Qualifications

　　Required Skills and Experience

　　Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)

　　Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (oral and written).

　　Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

　　Strong organization skills.

　　Proven ability to solve problems creatively and independently.

　　Advanced skills with the Microsoft Office Suite (including Planner), Mural and Slack.

　　Strong interpersonal skills and experience navigating ambiguity in an ever-changing environment.

　　Preferred Skills and Experience

　　Prior experience with IT Program Management within a Government agency.

　　Prior VA Experience.

　　Prior experience in Government acquisition or contracting.

　　Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance

　　Posted Pay Range

　　The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
