Maxim Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking full time Behavior Technicians to assist a student either 1:1 or in a small group setting in a classroom during school hours for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year for the Orange County region. The Behavior Technician position involves supervision and helping manage behaviors and some aggressive behaviors and ensuring students are keeping on track with homework and classwork.

　　*Previous Behavior Therapy experience required.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Follows the instructions of the BCBA/program supervisor/teacher

　　Provides behavior assistance/interventions to assigned clients

　　Performs ABA related teaching strategies

　　Provides behavior support services

　　Provides crisis intervention

　　Reviews and implements behavior intervention plans

　　Reviews and implements behavioral goals found within IEPs

　　Performs other duties as assigned/necessary

　　What Maxim offers:

　　Monday - Friday

　　Morning & Day shifts (anytime between 7:00 am - 4 pm)

　　Up to $27/hr depending on relevant experience and location
