　　Superintendent/Construction Manager

　　We are looking for a Superintendent/Construction Manager to support ourColorado team! Project work would primarily be in the Boulder, CO area.This role would have the full support of the project manager while exercisingautonomy in day-to-day operations. Successful candidate will be a team playerwho is self-motivated and willing to jump in and assist where needed, addingvalue by offering thoughtful solutions and project efficiencies. Experience inthe construction of Pharma / Biotech facilities is favorable. Also,interested in candidates with a background heavy in mechanical/piping.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provide coordination and supervision of Pharma / Biotech renovations andbuilding additions with large amounts of process piping, clean utilities,mechanical upgrades, and automationCollaboration with clients, design teams and subcontractors for projectsuccessBuild/maintain jobsite culture of Safety FirstQuality Control/Quality AssuranceDaily coordination and management of subcontractors and jobsite logisticsCollect, review and submit shop drawings, product data, test reports, etc.Build/update construction schedule and look ahead schedulesReview estimates with operations team to ensure logistical/siteconsiderations are includedReview project budgets with project management weekly /monthlyComplete daily/weekly reports and maintain photo journal of progress

　　Requirements:

　　Degree in construction management or experience in the tradesA minimum of 10 years experience in construction management/supervisionGood working knowledge of mechanical systems and process pipingPartnership approach to working with contractors, designers and clientsMS Office Suite knowledge and strong computer skillsProficient with scheduling softwareExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to build and lead a teamSelf-motivation with good time management skills

　　Pay Range is 130-150K
