The Role
The Sr Analyst, IT FP&A will be a key member of the corporate finance team and provide support for our IT Operations and Revenue Management functions. This role will be responsible for supporting the forecast & budget process for WH&R’s IT organization while also supporting the operations teams to ensure they meet financial targets. This individual will ensure there is diligent expense management, and that risks & opportunities are highlighted and planned for accordingly. This role will be a critical role in the month end close and forecast process, as well as annual budget. This role will report into the Manager, IT FP&A.
What you'll do
Develop accurate monthly forecasts and assist in building the annual operating plan.
Maintain ownership and tracking of key expense drivers including FTE utilization, purchased labor, hardware/software maintenance and telecom/network costs.
Help develop variance commentary which highlights significant changes and explains any potential impacts to achieving goals & targets.
Provide financial reporting to finance & operational leadership teams which highlights performance, risks & opportunities, and areas of focus for the teams to action on.
Develop relationships with business teams for month end close processes, such as accrual preparation and forecast reconciliations.
Perform ad hoc analysis including P&L, balance sheet, revenue & expense drivers, new & existing vendor agreements and cost containment initiatives.

Required Qualifications/Experience
At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Excellent computer skills.
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
Oracle and Hyperion experience a plus.
