A Project Superintendent will coordinate and oversee potentially multiple heavy highway, municipality, and/or airport jobs simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanor and ensuring quality work.

Supervise the paving, grading and utility construction crews.Prioritize and perform all work placing safety first in all things.Assist in project planning and scheduling of crews and materials.Record daily time, production, and site conditions.Responsible for the training and performance of all subordinates.Communicate regularly and professionally with crews, foremen,superintendents, project managers and the public as necessary.Continually inspect work site, surveying for potential hazards orsafety concerns.Perform a variety of tasks and duties that may change often as thework conditions require.Work within defined standards of accuracy.Perform all other duties as assigned.Qualifications:

Ability to use arms and hand to reach for, handle and manipulateobjects.Good communication skills to work effectively and safely.Kansas drivers license in good standing -CDL a plus.Ability to work overtime, as required.
