　　This is an opportunity for the right candidate to work with an innovative technology that is setting the ground to the way organizations protect their key applications and assets from advanced cyber threats - regardless of their infrastructure - on-premise, cloud, or hybrid environment.

　　As a Cloud Services Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

　　Leading and managing a 24/7 global team responsible for the day-to-day operations of our SaaS environments.

　　Overseeing software upgrades, patches, and system maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

　　Developing and implementing automation solutions to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.

　　Establishing and maintaining robust monitoring systems for SaaS environments.

　　Leading incident response efforts, ensuring rapid resolution of issues and minimizing downtime.

　　Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align cloud services with overall business goals.

　　Promoting and enforcing best practices for cloud security, performance, and reliability, to ensure SLA and Uptime compliance.

　　Do what you love

　　To be successful in this role you will:

　　Have 6 years of experience in a tech environment including Devops background

　　Have 2 years of proven experience in a leadership role managing similar teams (e.g. SRE, NOC, etc.).

　　Have background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and SaaS environments.

　　Have proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).

　　Have customer-facing experience and exceptional communication skills.
