We are looking for an ambitious and sales driven Project Pursuit Manager in RIJSWIJK, Netherlands. The main objective of the role is to grow our Measurement Solutions Business Unit's profitability and top line of mega-projects in the renewables, sustainability, and carbon capture sectors.

　　In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be To:

　　Develop the pursuit strategy and build the team required to win the project.

　　Lead all sales and support resources throughout the multiple-year project phases, providing efficient pace & communication, collaborating with national and international internal stakeholders.

　　Understand in full Emerson’s selling propositions and product portfolio.

　　Forge relationships with critical end users, engineering contractors and key stakeholders.

　　Align the project management proposal and execution resources to formulate the right proposal strategy, perform spec reviews, risk assessment, prepare the profit recovery scheme and negotiate effectively.

　　Supervise and understand the competitive environment, develop strategies to displace competition and defend Emerson’s position.

　　Understand key customer drivers and communicate opportunities to improve our offering and capabilities to gather a competitive advantage.

　　Provide feedback on key projects (won, lost, quoted), business trends, opportunities for better customer engagement and growth.

　　For this Role, You Will Need:

　　Proven Sales experience in the process automation industry.

　　Demonstrated leading-by-influence and collaboration skills.

　　Understanding of project pursuit and EPC’s working methods.

　　Knowledge of consultative selling and professional selling techniques for large capital projects

　　Ability to manage conflict and thrive in a complex environment.

　　Outstanding negotiation skills

　　Excellent interpersonal skills

　　Fluent in Dutch and English.

　　Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

　　Experience in the renewables sectors would be an advantage.

　　A track record of winning mega-project.
