WHO YOU ARE
Prowess Consulting is looking for a Project Manager with excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and Project Management skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in working with cross-functional teams and rolling out new software platforms across organizations.
This is a five (5) month contract that is likely to extend. This role can be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States; however, this role will support multiple time zones and candidate will be required to schedule and lead meetings during European and Asian business hours (typically 2 times per week).
To be considered for this role you must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington state.
THE ROLE
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for contributing and executing a cross-functional launch strategy for a customer engagement tool rollout across our client’s group. This tool is a custom portal to initiate and manage new customer engagements at technology sites, built on top of Dynamics CRM. The project manager will be a key point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders. In this role, the project manager will work closely with team members to define project objectives, create project plans, and monitor progress.
Develop communication plan to inform and engage the staff about the benefits and features of a customer engagement tool
Motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone understands the importance of the customer engagement tool rollout
Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential issues
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Keep projects on schedule by tracking progress, identifying potential delays, and implementing corrective actions
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for project management
Create a training plan to provide the staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to use Customer engagement tool
Schedule and lead informational sessions with our client’s staff to demonstrate the customer engagement tool and answer questions
Consolidate & prioritize feedback plan from staff on bug and enhancement suggestions within the customer engagement tool
Establish a risk management plan to identify and mitigate any potential issues or challenges that may arise during the launch and rollout of Customer engagement tool
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, such as the customer engagement tool development team, the managers, the team documenting the tools engagement and process, and the technical support team, to ensure that the launch and rollout of the customer engagement tool is aligned with the client’s objectives and expectations
Provide regular reports and updates on the progress and status of the launch and rollout of the customer engagement tool and escalate any issues or concerns that may require attention or intervention
Conduct periodic evaluations and assessment of the rollout and provide a summary of the results and recommendations for improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
Five or more years of project management experience, preferably with managing software rollout projects
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is required
Stellar organization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
The offered base pay range for this specific positing is $30.00 to $48.00 per hour, DOE
Base Pay ranges are different for different work locations within the U.S., which allows for competitive pay and consistency in different states
