As a Senior Project Manager - GPSD Product Launch and Delivery, you will be responsible for standing-up and leading a robust, end-to-end, product launch and delivery team within CG's Global Product Strategy and Development (GPSD) group. You will focus on improving CG's launch and execution capabilities globally by creating seamless connections between product development, planning and delivery capabilities, and you will develop a holistic view of CG's global product launch demand and enable the organization to appropriately plan for and deliver new products in an efficient and scalable manner. You will excel in relationship management, communication and driving alignment with enterprise stakeholders. This role will have the ability to drive the full life cycle of product projects of varying complexity and types along with management of corresponding project teams globally; ensuring alignment to overall business strategy throughout the project launch and manages a portfolio of launch initiatives aligns to GPSD's business plan and goals.
You will serve as strategic partner to GPSD leaders and cross functional partners to define and deliver on product launch objectives, and lead efforts to achieve strategic product and business objectives by working with partners across various divisions. You will develop a highly efficient and effective global product development and launch center of excellence for the organization, building product subject matter expertise and a true end to end understanding of CG's product development approach from concept through execution. You will manage project teams in a matrix environment and evolve the product development and launch capabilities by staying connected and up to speed on project management disciplines.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $163,779-$278,424
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
