Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Program Manager.Key Tasks:
Program Manager will learn and understand the scope, objectives, and deliverables of projects already defined
Refine and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, risk registers, and track the progress and performance of each project using Microsoft Project for Web
Coordinate with business owners, follow-up on task assignments tasks and responsibilities, and provide guidance and feedback
Communicate effectively and regularly with all project stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure their expectations and requirements are fulfilled
Identify and manage project issues and risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation and contingency plans
Ensure the quality and standards of the project deliverables, and adhere to the project management methodology and best practices
As a Program Manager, you will report on the status, achievements, challenges, and lessons learned of each project, and provide recommendations for improvement
Pull data and prepare reports to analyze and provide insights on audience, engagement, sentiment and performance for marketing enablement tools and platforms
Conduct project closure activities, such as lessons learned, documentation, and handover
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
PMP or CAPM certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
At least 4-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry or domain
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate with different levels of stakeholders
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
