　　Job Title: Project Manager – Marketing Technology

　　Job Description:

　　The Marketing Technology project manager will help the Marketing Technology team with several parallel projects in flight and new projects about to start. They will work with a diverse group of individual contributors helping to keep projects on track and report on projects that are in danger of falling behind or not completing as expected. They will assist leadership within Marketing Technology to understand how resources are allocated, where resource are over-or under-allocated, and make recommendations for improving efficiency within the current constraints.

　　The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills being well-versed in Workfront or similar project management tool. Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Adobe Marketing Cloud is a plus as many projects relate to these technologies. A candidate must be familiar with both waterfall and agile project methodologies as they’ll work with teams that work in either discipline. Most projects handled by this role will be waterfall in nature, however.

　　Well-developed interpersonal skills and an established understanding of modern technologies are key skills as this resource will work closely with a diverse set of teams such as Events, Web Development, Change Management, Analytics, IT, Product Development, and Professional Services.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Project Management

　　• Develop and manage project timelines working with task-based project management technologies across teams using either waterfall or agile methodologies.

　　• Gather requirements and manage deliverables with clients, staff, and key stakeholders.

　　• Report regularly on project health noting areas that need improvement or additional attention.

　　• Advise on process improvement to increase efficiencies and areas of resource constraint and possible solutions to those constraints.

　　Requirements:

　　• 5+ years of project management experience with a bachelor’s degree

　　• Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management system

　　• Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.

　　• Great business acumen

　　• Ideal candidates are creative, intuitive individuals with a high proclivity for action. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines are crucial.
