Provide technical feedback on product performance and deficiencies.Communicate with dealers on the status of specific services issues, alsoserves as a liaison between Insulate and the end-user.This position requiresindependent judgment, problem solving ability, keen observation skills andeffective responsibility assumption. The required problem solving skillsdemand prompt action in making craftsman-like repairs or product replacementsfor customer satisfaction. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsare essential for success in the position. Internal contacts will be alllevels of employees and Territory Managers. External contacts arehomeowners, contractors and distributors. This position is for the Denver,CO area.
