　　Key Responsibilities:

　　We are currently on the lookout for a Project Manager to join the Interiors team in Leighton Buzzard.

　　Manage a galley project for for its entire lifecycle from concept definition to delivery.

　　Act as the key focal point for both customer (OEM) and internal functions on specific work packages.

　　Deliver weekly metrics and to ensure that resources within the galley team are carrying out the work necessary to meet project deliverables.

　　Work within an IPT environment (Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing commercial…) to ensure that the projects under your responsibility are resourced appropriately

　　Create and execute project plans, including revisions where necessary to meet changing needs and requirements. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths

　　Manage day-to-day operational aspects of each project

　　Pro-actively manage and track changes in project scope.

　　Generate a solid focus on customer relationships whilst delivering internal objectives

　　Actively execute R&O Management to control and mitigate the risk exposure and take advantage of opportunities

　　Actively execute lesson learned sessions to support central PMO to drive improvements.

　　Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately

　　Key Requirements:

　　Knowledge of product lifecycle –PDR, CDR, FAI

　　Commercial knowledge / awareness and a strong focus on the delivery of internal objectives

　　Knowledge of Earned Value Management
