　　Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a project manager for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC. This will be a 100% remote freelance opportunity!

　　We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in utilizing Basecamp and exceptional client management skills. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining positive client relationships. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Project Planning and Execution:

　　Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

　　Coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

　　Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.

　　Basecamp Utilization:

　　Proficiently use Basecamp to manage project workflows, tasks, and communication.

　　Train team members on effective Basecamp usage and ensure its optimal utilization.

　　Leverage Basecamp features to enhance project collaboration and efficiency.

　　Client Communication and Relationship Management:

　　Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and clients.

　　Communicate project status, milestones, and any potential issues to clients in a clear and timely manner.

　　Proactively address client concerns and ensure overall client satisfaction.

　　Risk Management:

　　Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

　　Anticipate and resolve project-related issues to minimize disruptions.

　　Implement best practices to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

　　Reporting and Documentation:

　　Generate regular project status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

　　Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes and action items.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.

　　Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on client interaction.

　　In-depth knowledge and proficiency in using Basecamp for project management.

　　Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

　　Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
