Project Manager

　　Our client is looking for an experienced PM candidate to support their large client portfolio. Currently the owner and Sr. PM are managing the account. They have seen an influx in work so they need support on the paperwork coordination front. This is a high profile client that demands a lot of attention and reports. Will be the main POC handling all construction documents for the various projects across the client portfolio.

　　JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

　　-Projects they will be supporting are commercial interior renovations.

　　-Assisting project managers with all day to day responsibilities including but not limited to, RFI's, submittals, change orders, purchase orders and material ordering. -Also assists with processing paperwork and invoicing, meeting minutes, obtaining COI's and doing owner contracts.
