As a Project Executive you will be responsible for assisting the Client Executive by developing and maintaining client relationships, managing large projects within one or more markets and having an established reputation within IMEG and with clients as being an expert.Some key duties and responsibilities include:Responsible for developing and maintaining clients that assist with providing work for the Team;Participate in promotional activities that establish IMEG as an expert in selective markets;Serve as a Project Manager on most projects to which they are assigned;Accept major role in developing and presenting for client interviews;Coordinate with Client Executive and marketing department on business development opportunities and marketing efforts;Participate in local market focused organizations to help keep the team appraised on market changes and trends;Participate in corporate market focused meetings to ensure coordination of marketing efforts and business development message.FinancialResponsible for the financial success of projects that they manage or direct;Consistently managing client and project fees with a total aggregate value of approximately $2M;Responsible for bringing in new projects on a regular basis;Responsible for (directly or as a contributing team member) for new fees of approximately $1M on an annual basis;Assist Client Executive in collection of accounts receivable on projects for which theteam isresponsible.Communication / CoordinationSupport the efforts of the Technical Operations Team to provide technical training and consistency across Teams;Assist with updating marketing database with the team's leads and proposals.Supervision / LeadershipProvide leadership and mentoring to senior staff on client relations and project management.Education and experience requirements are:Significant stock ownership representing, at a minimum, a clear, forward focused path to the Associate Principal levelA minimum of 15 years of experience at a similar consulting firm in aligned markets serving as the key client contact with recurring overall project responsibilitySo, what are you waiting for?
