　　The Co-op candidate offers support for the Environment Safety & Health Manager. This role will include specific technical skills to support environmental, health and safety programs and policies. They will perform clerical tasks in order to increase the efficiency of the EH&S department and leaders, as well as monitor EH&S department systems and offices for day-to-day operational issues. Finally, they will maintain proper documentation to achieve and maintain compliance and prepares for investigations. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, and will run May/June- December; it is only eligible for current students with a graduation date past December 2024.

　　Primary Responsibilities

　　Works under immediate supervision to assist with EH&S program management tasks.

　　Assists with translating, distributing, and maintaining limited-scope EH&S policy and procedure documents, safety alerts, manuals, and other related EH&S information.

　　Assists with the maintenance of EH&S data management systems.

　　Assists with the development of routine reports detailing EH&S activities as requested by federal and state regulators, trade associations, and industry groups.

　　Assists with the development of basic communication materials that outline safety issues related to achievement of production goals and performance targets.

　　Assists with tracking the status and findings of small-scale EH&S projects.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

　　U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the information under this program/contract

　　The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
