　　Job requires the operation of various tractors and farm equipment totill soil; work ground; prepare and maintain land; and plant, irrigate,fertilize, spray, cultivate, harvest, and transport crops to elevator orstorage area. Equipment that workers may be required to operateincludes, but is not limited to, tractors with various implements,equipment that utilizes GPS and auto-guidance systems, sprayers,combines, litter and fertilizer spreaders, back-hoes, mowers, andtrack-hoes. Non CDL farm trucks will be loaded with agriculturalproducts and driven on the farm and to storage facilities. Job alsorequires rouging fields and using hand tools to remove undesirable plantvarieties, trash, and other objects from fields; performing generalmaintenance, repairs and/or clean-up of storage sheds, pivot points,buildings, and all farm equipment; ensuring operational areas areorganized and well maintained; using hand tools and equipment to repair,clean and maintain farm vehicles, machinery and specialized machineryand agricultural equipment; and regularly servicing equipment. There arefew typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/orlocations often and engage in various general functions. Daily dutiesmay vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. The employerreserves the right to increase workers\' pay or provide bonuses based ontenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on thediscretion of the employer.
