DATTCO is currently searching for a full-time Operations Supervisor for our school bus team in Burrillville, RI. The Operations Supervisor is a key role that coordinates and directs the daily activity of the terminal and is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of all drivers and vehicles.

　　Responsible for scheduling drivers and effectively dispatching fixed route service and chartersAssist drivers with directions and customer itinerariesMonitor attendanceAnswer routine phone calls from the Board of Education, drivers and parentsClerical, filing and reporting dutiesResponsible for drivers weekly payrollInterview driver candidates for employmentDiscipline drivers when necessaryRoutingPosition Requirements:
