[Project Engineers (Construction):Work under supervision of licensed Architect/Engineer to design, build residential developments; involve in conceptual design, documentation, budgeting, estimating, purchasing and procurements, etc.; evaluate the reports, plans, soil tests, and compositions, other topographical and geological data, surveying to plan subdivisions; provide technical support to Project Managers in Planning, obtaining land disturbance permit, building permits, budgeting, and execution of all subdivisions; research and review deeds, ordinances, technical reports and also municipal, state and federal codes to ensure compliance with the vertical construction; obtain building permits and coordinate with various government; participate in design reviews, marketing meetings and site surveys for all subdivisions; utilize AutoCAD, , Revit, Sketchup, Primavera, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Project. REQUIREMENTS:[MS in Architecture, Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction or Closely Related AND[1 years experience in building plans, permits and scheduling.Full time.
