About Project Coordinator - Mobility Services Sales

  This is an onsite role requiring 5 days per week in Rochester Hills, MI.

  Collaborates with Mobility and Medical OEMs and their suppliers to craft customized service solutions.

  Supports SOW and quote creation for North America specialty Mobility Testing Services.

  Enters orders in project fulfillment system for future billing and time entry.

  Communicates value proposition of mobility engineering services to customers.

  Maintains knowledge base around services to anticipate and react to disruptions.

  Serves as primary inside sales contact and brings in additional technical resources (e.g., engineers) to support sales opportunities.

  Tracks order pipeline and assists with opportunity tracking and forecasting.

  Runs weekly business development, sales pipeline meetings with internal stakeholders.

  Travel 0-20%

  Bachelor's degree required or equal work experience.

  Proficient in MS Office Suite.

  Experience using SalesForce preferred.

  Strong written and oral communication and ability to interface with internal and external teams.

  Strong attention to detail.

  3 years in the test lab environment preferred.
