About the role
The Quality Services & Governance (QSG) team within the North America BU provides overarching support and governance pertaining to Haleon's Quality System (HQS) that encompasses written procedures (HQS docs), capability & training, and compliance programs.
Reporting into the North America QSG Lead, the Training Coordinator plays an administrative role coordinating the logistics of the North America HQS Training Program, to ensure personnel have the knowledge, skills, and behaviors to perform GxP tasks. Within NA QSC, the role will primarily support above-site Quality teams and other functions, as needed. The location for this role is remote, home based with occasional travel to sites or company offices as required.
Key responsibilities
Provide quality-related training program administrative support primarily to above site Quality roles, including central functions, LOC, and CMO, and other functions as needed.
Support QSG Training and Capability function as needed to manage documentation and files pertaining to training needs assessments, training plans, curricula, training matrix, competency assessments, job descriptions, training material, etc.
Compile training presentations with support from SMEs and QSG team and coordinate setup of in-person or virtual workshops or e-Learnings for Haleon's Learning Management System (myLearning).
Act as myLearning System administrator and troubleshoot issues raised by end-users.
Help manage training content and tools in Keep growing campus.
Support the tracking and trending of metrics related to training and capability within the North America QSC team.

Basic Qualifications
Proficient in using computer systems (Microsoft Office) and latest tech tools and apps.
Professional written and verbal communication skills; able to deliver positive and proactive communication to stakeholders through excellent presentations skills.
Excellent planning, organization and coordination skills
Quick Learner with good attention to detail and ability to interpret complex topics and translate into understandable content.
Team-player with a high sense of accountability
Degree, diploma, or advance certificate in Science, Engineering, Education, Training, HR or related field and 3 years of experience in a regulated industry.
Proficiency in myLearning, Learning Management Systems and training software (e.g., e-learning platforms, sharepoints, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of cGMP requirements through previous experience in pharmaceutical, food, FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) industries.
Experience with other Training & Capability tools
ASQ or Training certification (e.g., CPTM) is an asset.
