NEXT Electric, LLC seeking full-time construction Project Coordinator in Madison, Wisconsin.

　　Job Summary

　　Supports Construction Services Manager and Project Managers

　　Sets-up projects in ERP System

　　Enters project plans and change order budgeting

　　Monitors schedule with project team

　　Prepares, coordinates and maintains RFI, CO and Submittal Logs

　　Prepares, reviews, and/or edits correspondence, reports, proposals, project submittals and closeout documents

　　Prepares and submits permit applications, inspection reports and requests for change orders

　　Performs additional duties as required and assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　3 or more years' recent administrative support experience, commercial electrical or construction project coordinator experience preferred

　　Proficient PC and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) skills

　　Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents

　　Ability to communicate effectively using a variety of mediums

　　Strong organizational and time management skills

　　Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles, and drug-test as may be required per federal or client contract, or DOT policy.
