　　Perfect for an ambitious self-starter interested in working for a Non-Profit company, this Project Assistant role is available through Robert Half. As a Part-Time Project Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the promotional efforts to increase brand visibility and attract a wider audience. Collaborating closely with the event Manager, you will assist in planning and executing events and other promotional initiatives that enhance brand presence and engagement with the market.

　　The long-term contract / temporary Project Assistant role will be based in ONSITE in Florence, South Carolina.

　　Major responsibilities

　　Analyzing information, preparing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and developing presentations

　　Keeping project deliverable schedules on track and assisting Project Managers by organizing team meetings and communication according to project specifications

　　Using online resources to research information

　　Communicate project information to key partners

　　Organizing travel and accommodation arrangements for project-related events, including training seminars and conferences

　　Seeking additional information to complete documents as necessary

　　Creating written records of meetings and maintaining task and progress records

　　Help out project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support

　　Requirements

　　Able to work a PART TIME Schedule FRIDAY SATURDAY SUNDAY

　　1 year of business/office experience is necessary for this position

　　Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for promotions and events.

　　Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

　　Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box.

　　Basic understanding of social media platforms and their use in promotions.

　　Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
