　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　IBM Planning Analytics is an AI-infused integrated business planning solution that enables businesses to create budgets, forecast trends, plan strategies, and make informed decisions. We're looking for Senior Growth Product Manager who will own improving ROI and finding innovative ways to attract new customers, retain existing ones, and increase customer lifetime value.

　　The ideal candidate will harness data to gain a comprehensive understanding of the product from business and technical perspectives, driving user acquisition and expanding our customer base through multiple channels. Expertise in developing a seamless self-service funnel from acquisition through to monetization is essential, as this role bridges Product Management, UX, Marketing, and Sales.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Craft growth strategies with leadership and cross-functional teams.

　　Seek growth opportunities across the customer journey, using hypotheses and experiments to gain user insights.

　　Set and achieve specific KPIs related to product growth.

　　Initiate growth tactics to boost user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue, in collaboration with broader teams.

　　Analyze user adoption and develop strategies for improvement.

　　Inform the product roadmap with insights on customer needs, strategic opportunities, and available resources.

　　Improve various aspects of customer experience, including Trial and new account onboarding.

　　Identify the best outreach channels and new ways to make products more profitable.

　　Evangelize PLG strategy for Planning Analytics.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　8+ years of experience in Product Management, specializing in product-led growth strategies.

　　Skilled in growth hacking to expand product reach and engagement.

　　SaaS and Agile software development experience

　　Expertise in Analytics, including defining and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs).

　　Demonstrated success in launching and growing products within the software industry.

　　AI, Machine Learning, or a related experience.

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Collaborative experience with cross-functional teams, spanning product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

　　A driven, resourceful, and resilient approach, with a track record of achieving results.

　　Comfort with making tough decisions and the agility to act swiftly.
