Actalent architecture division is seeking a Project Architect to Join our client in the Richmond, Virginia area. Our client's local office there is focused on expanding their local and national presence in the healthcare and higher education space. In this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other Architects, Engineers, and clients. Our client offers a path to career advancement based on your goals and aspirations!

　　Description:

　　Seeking a passionate architect to join their rapidly growing architecture team.

　　Supporting large Healthcare and Higher education projects, among other typologies.

　　Within this fast paced environment, you will be able to run projects from start to finish, collaborate with the local team and provide the opportunity to mentor junior staff on larger projects.

　　Time will be spent:

　　Client meetings 15%-35%

　　Production 50-70%

　　CA 15%

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　B. Arch or M.Arch degree from an accredited program

　　7-10+ years of architectural experience, healthcare-specific is preferred

　　Proficiency in Revit is required; proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.

　　Current/imminent registration or enrollment in NCARB IDP is required, LEED, WELL, or other specialized credentials are a plus.
