Position Overview:

　　Loenbro is looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented QA/QC Interns to join our growing Industrial Construction team. This position will be responsible for the duties listed below along with other related functions. A team-oriented mentality and the drive to continuously improve is what sets the Loenbro team at the top of the industry. This position works closely with the Quality Manager, Inspectors, and Project Team.

　　The ideal candidate will be individuals who are humble, hungry & smart.

　　This position will be a (PAID) Internship position.

　　Job Duties

　　Learn and understand weld map isometric drawings

　　Enter welding and inspection information into tracking tool

　　Assist with pressure testing package creation

　　Review documentation for clerical errors

　　File NDE/NDT Reports

　　Assemble and maintain project documentation packages

　　Support the clerical needs of inspectors

　　Commit to Loenbro’s core values and safety policies

　　Skills/Qualifications

　　Currently pursuing a Welding Technology degree OR other Quality Assurance-Quality Control majors.

　　Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers

　　High level of organizational skills

　　High attention to detail

　　Must be a quick learner and motivated

　　Ability to travel and relocate as needed

　　Self-motivated with the drive to learn and grow

　　Must be able to work as a team and solve problems

　　Potential Hazards:

　　Outside the majority of the time

　　Potential exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures

　　Manufacturing, pipeline, and refining environment

　　Fit and move in confined spaces including tanks and vessels

　　Limited working surfaces

　　Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors

　　Climbing up and down stairs and ladders to both get in and out of trenches and up to elevated platforms (scaffolding at significant heights)

　　Lifting necessary equipment and materials 1-50 pounds, 50% of the time on a monthly basis for required tasks

　　Potential or Periodic amounts of time for the following:

　　If driving is required, valid driver license and proof of insurability is required. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search.
