　　Currently, we are looking for a Project Analyst to join the ArcBest team. The Project Analyst is involved in pricing, compliance, and procurement analysis. This position leads all future projects and initiatives, with the ability to communicate and structure the proper change management for the campus.

　　Your contribution may include:

　　Work with carriers to further relationships and business development.

　　Analyze and identify areas for improvement.

　　Lead improvement of capacity engagement.

　　Provide further training and work through training programs or continuous development items.

　　Provide project management on current items as well as navigating new initiatives and systems.

　　Initiate strategies to promote fleet retention and growth.

　　Initiate strategies to further develop business relationships.

　　Develop carrier compliance metrics used to grow customer service and improve capacity experience.

　　Collaborate with other campuses to strategically utilize customer opportunity set and capacity.

　　Measure, monitor, and analyze all KPI data associated with business growth and operations performance within the procurement setting.

　　Work with the Quality Management to develop Corrective Actions based on adverse KPI output trends.

　　Identify market trends to make adjustments based on business needs.

　　Champion and remain positive on all continuous improvement plans.

　　Lead Change Management across the Medina Campus for new initiatives as they relate to capacity.

　　Create and manage long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.

　　Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple departments are assigned to the same project to ensure action items are completed on time.

　　Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals.

　　Manage contracts with vendors and communicate expectations.

　　Develop and manage project plans and budgets.

　　Collaborate with Marketing and Social Media teams to lead communication initiatives for the Panther Fleet.

　　Other duties and projects, as assigned.

　　As a Project Analyst, you will be a member of the ArcBest Expedite Operations team in Medina, OH. Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with irregular hours that may occur depending on workload.

　　Education: Bachelor's degree, preferred.

　　Experience: Minimum, two years' experience in a procurement role or similar job function. Prior experience working with highly confidential information.

　　Computer Skills: Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.

　　Other Requirements: Must be an accomplished Operations Product expert. Experience in dealing with customer supply chain challenges, capacity sourcing, pricing, service offerings, and compliance metrics. Operational experience in procurement and knowledge of capacity sourcing platforms
