  This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you willwork on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

We developcloud platform capabilities enabling partners to deliver rich HW and SW aaSsolutions to customers.How you'll make your mark?GreenLake Cloud Platform development team is seeking a Solution Test Architectwho thrives on a challenging and fast-paced environment. The focus of thisposition will be to architect, design, lead, automate end-endcustomer-centric solution testing. On this team you will be technicallyleading a highly dynamic team and making an impact on the business as you workto design customer focused engineering techniques and systematically buildsolution test environments.ResponsibilitiesDesign, Plan, automate and deploy solution level test cases that areend-end customer centric focusedWork with technical leaders and architects to understand new SaaS productrequirementsUnderstand, participate, provide inputs to Dev for functional and designspecs and other design documentation.Plan, design, test and automate long running, scale limits,reliability, and realistic scenarios for customersWork with team of software engineers and internal and outsourced developmentpartners responsible for all stages of design and development for complexproducts and platforms deployed on-prem and to the cloud.Work with other corresponding Dev teams, Product mgmt., Customer Supportand Platform teams to understand customer use casesReview and evaluate designs and project activities for compliance withcustomer use cases, end-end workflows, industry deployments, guidelinesand standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality andmitigate failure risk.Drives innovation and integration of new test technologies and methods intoprojects and activities in the software design and development organizationHelp develop the automation strategy and tooling; simulate user stories andutilize existing tools wherever possible as a part of new feature testing oras a part of the sustaining process for released/deployed software.

  Requirements:Knowledge of automation and Python programming languageStrong aptitude in troubleshooting / problem-solving and are a team playerSelf-motivated, good verbal and written communication skills and comfortableworking in an Agile methodology (rapid iterations, rapid releases, etc)Ability to write clear and articulate functional and test specifications.Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritie in a fast-pacedenvironment and take on a variety of roles as neededExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  QualificationsFirst level university degree or equivalent experience required, electricalor computer engineering preferred. May have advanced university degree.
