Coverage will start upon credentialing. Provider can expect to work a full-time schedule primarily for a day shift M-F, with rotating weekends.Duties and Responsibilities:The contract pharmacists provide delivery of pharmaceutical care for patients seen in VA medical center clinics, on inpatient wards, and central inpatient pharmacies. Pharmacists provide dispensing, prescription verification, checking, unit dose drug distribution, controlled substance and high-cost drug accountability, drug information, formulary management, consulting, and antimicrobial consulting.Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, FSAJob RequirementsRequirements:License: Pharmacists must be licensed in at least one State.
