　　POSITION SUMMARY:  The Program Supervisor supervises all aspects of the assigned residence and other residences as needed. They meet the needs of the individuals by ensuring necessary staffing levels and actively supervising residential staff in their completion of assigned duties and established routines. They implement Conditions of Participation which consist of continuous and aggressive Active Treatment, individual protections, and the appropriateness and safety of the physical environment, emergency preparedness and the provision of health services.EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:High School diploma or equivalency; post-secondary education in human service field preferredFive (5) years' experience working with people with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities; post-secondary education in human service field may be substituted for equivalent experienceSupervisory experience preferredMust have current, valid driver's license in state of residence, three (3) years driving experience in the United States, and acceptable driving recordAbility to performs duties in an independent manner, with little or no need for direct supervisionExperience using/knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) preferredPHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL PROFILE: See Physical Demands Checklist below which represents the general physical demands and environment conditions to which the employee holding this position must meet, in addition to the duties and responsibilities listed above, to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
