　　Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:Master's degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year work experience with individuals with IDDor Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) year work experience with individuals with IDDor Associate's degree (or 60 credit hours) from an accredited college or university and four (4) year work experience with individuals with IDD2 years supervisory experienceValid Driver's license
