Overview: Responsible for planning and execution of the organization's business operations on a regular basis. Defines, develops, improves, and ensures alignment with operational best practices, process, and policies to support strategy and goals. Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To: Process/reconcile monthly credit insurance premiums and debt protection fees for an assigned block of clients/Financial Institutions. Resolve reporting issues at a client and customer level. Validate/reconcile rate administration fees issues. Work with clients/Financial Institutions to ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly reporting. Prepare, produce, and reconcile monthly billing statements. Research/resolve out of balance and eligibility issues. Answer calls from clients and customers.
