About Business Operations Sr. Rep.

  Overview: Responsible for planning and execution of the organization's business operations on a regular basis. Defines, develops, improves, and ensures alignment with operational best practices, process, and policies to support strategy and goals. Increases the effectiveness and efficiency of support services through Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement. Clients in this job family can be internal/external clients, channel partners and vendors. Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To: Process/reconcile monthly credit insurance premiums and debt protection fees for an assigned block of clients/Financial Institutions. Resolve reporting issues at a client and customer level. Validate/reconcile rate administration fees issues. Work with clients/Financial Institutions to ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly reporting. Prepare, produce, and reconcile monthly billing statements. Research/resolve out of balance and eligibility issues. Answer calls from clients and customers. Qualifications: Ability to utilize basic skills to perform routine tasks Works utilizing clearly defined processes and procedures Ability to manage time well Self-starter Detail-oriented Securian Financial believes in hybrid work as an integral part of our culture.Associates get the benefit of working both virtually and in our offices.
